Referral Campaign 2025

1. Organiser

The organiser of the raffle is New Horizon GmbH, Neue Schönhauser Straße 2, 10178 Berlin, hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser”.

2. Subject of thecompetition

The “Timeless Referral Campaign 2025” will award the following prizes to eligible participants (see Section 3.1.):

    Winners will be determined based on the total invested amount (only Drop share purchases, excluding redeemed bonuses & fees) from users referred during the campaign period, with Rank 1 representing the highest amount. First place will be awarded to Rank 1. Second and third place will be determined by a random draw among all eligible participants ranked 2-10.

    Should the prize not be available due to circumstances beyond the control of the Organiser, the Organiser reserves the right to replace the prize with one of equal value.

    3.Requirements for participation in the competition

    1. Eligible participants are exclusively individuals aged 18 or over who, during the campaign period, refer at least two (2) new users, each of whom makes at least one (1) investment (Drop share purchase) within the campaign period, and who are residents of the European Union, Switzerland, or the United Kingdom (hereinafter: eligible participants).
    2. Legal representatives and employees of the Organiser, dealers and sales partners as well as all persons involved in the implementation of the competition and family members of the aforementioned persons are excluded from participation.
    3. The competition begins on 17.07.2025 (15:00:00) and ends on 31.08.2025 (23:59:59). Late entries, regardless of the reason, cannot be considered
    4. Participation in the competition is only possible once per eligible user. 
    5. Participation in the competition and claiming the prize is free of charge for participants.

    4. Handling of the competition

    1. The winners will be contacted by e-mail approximately two weeks after the end of the competition and asked to confirm acceptance of the prize within a period of one (1) week.
    2. After confirmation of the win, the portfolio will be credited to the respective winner’s wallet in accordance with section 4.1.
    3. If one of the winners does not confirm acceptance of the prize within a period of one (1) week, the prize will be forfeited. If the contact details provided are incorrect (e.g. invalid email address), the Organiser is not obliged to find the correct email address. Any disadvantages resulting from the provision of incorrect contact details shall be borne by the participants. If the prize cannot be correctly allocated in the course of the competition due to incorrect data, the participant’s claim to the prize shall lapse.
    4. Cash payment of the prize is not possible.
    5. If the prize is forfeited as a result of a participant not accepting it in good time or if a participant renounces the prize, the prize will be drawn again.
    6. It is not possible to exchange and/or transfer any winnings or any difference.

    5. Exclusion from Participation

    5.1 The Organiser reserves the right to exclude participants from the raffle who violate the conditions of participation or applicable law, attempt to influence the raffle through technical manipulation or infringe the rights of third parties.

    5.2 In the event of exclusion from the raffle, prizes can also be subsequently cancelled and reclaimed.

    6. Warranty Disclaimer

    6.1 It should be noted that the availability and function of the raffle cannot be guaranteed. Due to external circumstances or constraints, the raffle may be terminated in whole or in part or its course altered without notice, without this giving rise to any claims by participants against the Organiser.

    6.2 This may include technical reasons (e.g. computer virus, manipulation or errors in software or hardware) or legal reasons (e.g. rule changes or decisions by Facebook/Instagram) that may affect the proper execution of the raffle.

    7. Liability

    7.1 The liability of the Organiser shall be governed by the statutory provisions, unless otherwise stipulated in this agreement. The Organiser shall be liable for damages, irrespective of the legal grounds, in the event of intent and gross negligence. In the event of simple negligence, the Organiser shall only be liable for damages resulting from injury to life, limb or health and in the event of a breach of a material contractual obligation (an obligation whose fulfilment is essential for the proper execution of the raffle and on whose compliance the contractual partner regularly relies and may rely); in the latter case, however, the liability of the Organiser shall be limited to compensation for foreseeable, typically occurring damages.

    7.2 Insofar as the liability of the Organiser is excluded or limited in this agreement, this also applies to the personal liability for damages of the employees, workers, staff, representatives and vicarious agents of the Organiser.

    8. Final Provisions

    8.1 Should a provision of the terms and conditions be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remainder of the contract. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that comes as close as possible to the economic sense and purpose of the invalid provision in a legally permissible manner.

    8.2 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply to the exclusion of the conflict of laws provisions.
