A top prize with a manufacturer price of EUR 999. A German distillery with ideas of its own. And a campaign in which every share purchased in the participating sets gives you one entry. [3][4]
What makes one bottle so special? The König Ludwig Porcelain Edition combines a small release, eight years of maturation and a handmade porcelain bottle. It is the top prize in our campaign with St. Kilian Distillers. Before introducing the prizes, let us introduce the craft behind them. [4]
St. Kilian is a German distillery in Rüdenau, near Miltenberg. Production began in 2016, followed by its first single malt whisky in 2019. The idea was to bring traditional Scottish whisky-making to Germany and give it a character of its own. [1][2]
The distillery uses copper stills made in Scotland. These produce the spirit that will then mature in wooden casks. The story begins with how the liquid is made, not with the label that eventually goes on the bottle. [2]

For St. Kilian, a cask is more than a storage container. Its wood and previous contents help shape flavour. A former red-wine cask can produce a different character from one that once held a Japanese spirit. St. Kilian explores those differences through distinctive releases. [4][5][6]
That is what we want to share with our community: behind a special bottle are deliberate choices, time and craftsmanship. The three prizes make those differences tangible.

EUR 999 manufacturer price | Just 315 bottles | Eight years of maturation[3][4]
This is not a standard release. The König Ludwig Porcelain Edition is limited to 315 bottles. St. Kilian introduced it as one of the most exclusive releases it had ever presented. [4]
The whisky spent eight years in a single cask that previously held fine red wine from Pauillac in Bordeaux. The bottle is special too: it is handmade at the Nymphenburg porcelain manufactory. Our top prize brings together two crafts, whisky-making and porcelain-making. [4]
St. Kilian lists the edition at EUR 999. This is the manufacturer price of the filled bottle, not a guaranteed resale value. One of these limited-edition bottles will be awarded in our draw. [3]

This release shows St. Kilian’s gentle, fruity side. It matured for more than six years in a cask that previously held Mugi Shochu, a Japanese barley spirit. Its unusual cask history is the distinguishing feature. Recommended retail price: EUR 199.[6]

The smoky alternative: this release passed through three stages of maturation in different sherry casks, bringing smoky notes together with dark-fruit sweetness. Recommended retail price: EUR 99.[5][6]
From 15 to 25 October 2026 inclusive, every share you purchase in one of the three participating whisky sets gives you one entry in the prize draw. Shares purchased across different participating sets are counted together.
1 share = 1 entry | 5 shares = 5 entries | 10 shares = 10 entries
You do not need to invest in all three sets. Each additional eligible share gives you another entry. More entries increase your chance of winning; the actual probability depends on all valid entries and the draw rules. Winning is not guaranteed.
The investments are the Springbank and Yamazaki sets below. The three St. Kilian releases are separate prizes and are not part of the investment sets.

A complete collection of six age statements, from 25 to 50 years.

Four historic single-cask releases distilled in 1984 and 1990.

Two historic editions of a 50-year-old whisky distilled in 1919.
