Declaration of accessibility

New Horizon GmbH, based in Berlin, attaches particular importance to the accessibility of the Timeless Investments platform, including the website www.timeless.investments and the Timeless Investments APP. Accessibility is a central concern for us in order to provide all users, regardless of individual limitations, with equal access to our digital offerings. We see accessibility as an integral part of our corporate responsibility and as a contribution to the realisation of equal opportunities and inclusion. We work continuously to identify and remove existing barriers in order to fulfil the requirements of the Barrier-Free Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG) and Directive (EU) 2019/882 in the best possible way.

Accessibility is implemented in accordance with the requirements of the Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz (BFSG), the European Union Directive 2019/882 as amended.

Compliance Status

Timeless Investments is currently partially compliant with the requirements of the BFSG and Directive (EU) 2019/882.

Timeless Investments – Website 

The website was checked against the requirements of EN 301 549 Chapter 11. The following requirements have been implemented as of 28.06.2025

What is already accessible 

• Information and relationships: Information, structures and relationships on the website are technically recognisable or explained in the text.
• Meaningful order: The content is arranged in a comprehensible and logical order, even when using aids.
• Use of colour: Important information is not only represented by colour, but also by other features such as bold print or indentation.
• Contrast: Text and buttons are clearly set off from the background and are easy to read.
• Reflow: Content remains legible even when the screen is enlarged or displayed on small devices. No sideways scrolling is required.
• Skip blocks: Areas such as navigation, search or main content can be skipped using tools.
• Focus order: Control elements such as links and forms can be navigated to in a sensible order using the keyboard.
• Link purpose in context: It is clearly recognisable where a link leads to, either directly in the link text or in context.
• Text size: Texts can be enlarged by up to 200 per cent without losing content or functions.
• Headings and labels: Headings and labels are clearly formulated and correctly reflect the content of the sections.
• Keyboard operation: All interactive elements can be fully operated using the keyboard. The focus is visible.
• Non-text content: Images and icons have text descriptions that explain what is depicted.
• Superimposed content: Content that appears when you hover over it with the mouse or keyboard is accessible and operable.
• Form fields: Input fields are clearly labelled, their intended purpose is programmatically identifiable and can be interpreted by assistive technologies.

What is not yet accessible

• Subtitles for videos: Videos on the website do not contain embedded subtitles. The content can be accessed via YouTube, where subtitles are only provided via YouTube’s automatic subtitling function.
• Audio descriptions for videos: There are no separate audio descriptions for visual content in videos.
• Status messages: Changes on the website such as loading a page or completing an action are not always clearly displayed or automatically output.
• Sensory cues: Information that is only represented by colour, shape or position is not always additionally explained.
• Sound control: Integrated sound content does not have its own control options such as stop or volume.
• Time limit: Reservations in the purchase process are limited to four minutes. This time cannot currently be adjusted or extended.

Timeless Investments – APP

The Timeless Investments – APP has not yet been fully checked for compliance with the requirements of the BFSG and Directive (EU) 2019/882. A comprehensive review is currently in progress.

The app therefore currently only fulfils the legal requirements to a limited extent. Individual functions and content still have deviations and are being revised as part of the ongoing review and implementation process.
