Junior Investments Analyst – Collectibles (f/m/d)
As a Junior Investments Analyst at Timeless Investments you will be responsible for growing our out-of-the-ordinary portfolio. Instead of researching stocks or bonds, you will support our Collectables Strategy team in finding the most rare and valuable collectables out there. From celebrity worn pieces to iconic watches or rare old-timers, you should have a passion for collectables and understand the value development of that category in the last years to be able to support us make the best decisions of which assets to tokenize in our platform.
Junior Investments Analyst – Collectibles (f/m/d)
- Start: ASAP, latest June/July
- Type: Full-time (40hrs)
How you will contribute to Timeless Investments:
- You will source collectible cars, sneaker, watches and other collectables, assessing which are a fit for our asset portfolio
- You will use your experience and knowledge to further develop our internal system of asset value evaluation and make predictions on their liquidity and associated risks, as well as their potential
- You bring in your knowledge about the collectables market to conduct brand evaluation and support us assessing the collectibles market and reliable sources of purchase
- Together with the Collectables Strategy team, you align with different stakeholders – Marketing, Finance, C-level, to make a final decision on assets and contributing to our drops by providing crucial information for our users (price developments, market value etc.)
What we see in you:
- You completed your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or Economics
- You have at least 6 months of experience from internships or junior positions in the fields of consultancy, (investment) banking and/or asset management
- You have a general interest for the collectables market. Ideally you have experience in a position in a company for luxury goods
- You have basic knowledge of financial modeling and economic drivers
- You have an analytical mindset, a structured work style and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- You have excellent presentation skills, high assertiveness and the ability to work across different functions and stakeholders
- You are able to make decisions objectively and to understand for which collectibles our users are burning for, even if those are different than your personal favorites
